    Project Management . Having experience formally and independently managing the scope, budget and schedule of Infrastructure or App. Dev. projects is required. Experience with software/application implementations or transformations are highly sought after. Additional experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans is also helpful. Demonstrated experience managing projects of significant scope, across multiple business areas is preferred. Must have strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and processes.

    Organizational Change Management . Having deep understanding of the processes, tools and techniques needed to help manage the people side of change. For this role, we need you to have experience managing an Organizational Change Initiative or having played a key role on a team managing an Organizational Change Initiative
    Continuous Improvement . Having some awareness of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA would make you a well-rounded advisor. Experience or certifications would be even better.
    Breadth + Depth.
    We are ideally looking for "T-shaped" advisors.
