    What You'll Experience Here:

    • Substantive Litigation, Early and Often:
      You'll take and defend depositions, argue motions in court, manage discovery, and advise clients — not someday, but now.
    • Mentorship and Momentum:
      Learn directly from partners and senior litigators who invest in your growth. You'll also have opportunities to mentor junior associates as you continue to rise.
    • Breadth and Depth:
      Work across a diverse array of commercial and management-side employment matters. Grow your skillset across industries and legal contexts.

      Engage with sophisticated clients and help shape strategy — not just execute it.

    Who You Are:

    You're a Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of commercial and employment litigation experience. You've handled (or are ready to handle) motions, discovery, including depositions — and you're ready for more. You work well independently, thrive in a collegial team setting, and are excited to contribute to a growing practice.

    Must-haves:

    • Licensed to practice in Maryland
    • Demonstrated experience in commercial and/or employment litigation
    • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience advising management-side clients
    • A desire to assist with business development or mentoring initiatives
