    Job Details

    Rotating weekends and holidays and on-call.
    OR experience a must - 2 years experience in busy OR department.
    EPIC experience a must.

    On call requirement:
    one night every 2 weeks, one weekend every 6 weeks.
    Work day hours 06:45-15:15, may extend dependent on case load.
    Busy OR department performs open hearts, multiple medical and orthopedic surgeries amongst all surgical cases.
    All OR agency required to take call.
    Job Requirements

    Driver's license, State ID, or Passport required for onboarding.
    Prime OIG clearance required for onboarding.
    Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) required within 60 days of start (CA locations only).
    Prime Color-blind test must be completed annually.
    Prime Agency Attestation required after all other credentials are uploaded.
    Prime SAM/EPLS clearance required.
    License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration.
    Must score 80% or higher on Prime Specialty Exam.
    COVID-19 Vaccine (2 doses and booster) or declination required.
    Proof of MMR immunity required.
    Annual Respirator fit test required.
    Hepatitis B vaccination required.
    Influenza Vaccine or declination required October 1-May 31.
    TB Test required.
    Varicella vaccination or immunity required.
    Tdap vaccination required.
    Annual TB Questionnaire required.
    Social Security Card required.
    Physical/Health Statement required annually, must state clear to work.
    Must score 80% or higher on Prime Core Competencies Exam.
    National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date required.
    Prime Badge Photo required.
    Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required.
    Signed Prime Job Description required.
    Prime COA required.
    DCI/BVP certification required.
    Essentials Onboarding Packet required.
