Description

This position will be reporting to the VP, Chief Accounting Officer with responsibility for delivering key work product as part of the external financial reporting process for a publicly held organization

Overall Responsibility for the following:

Quarterly Review / Annual AuditExternal Reporting (SEC / US GAAP)Accounting Research / ImplementationOther Activities / Special ProjectsReview and supervise the work performed by team.

Education and QualificationsBachelor or Master's Degree in AccountingCertified Public Accountant10+ years of business and accounting experience includingHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation. Good interpersonal and communication skills within all levels of the organization.
