    Seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work 100% on-site. This position will report to the Marketing Manager, and the salary range will be between $45-55k, it is an entry level position, and salary will depend on the experience.

    We are seeking a full-time data driven and very organized Marketing Coordinator to join our fast growing and innovative team.

    The role will be based out of our office in Pompano Beach, FL

    You will serve as key support for marketing and sales ensuring we consistently deliver on their collateral, events and presentations needs and expectations. You will also help with experiential initiatives and content creation for social media.

    -Campaign coordination

    -Content creation: social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates, testimonials, or product-focused materials.

    -Event coordination: product launches, seminars, or workshops to engage with dermatologists.

    -Digital marketing support: assisting in digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, executing email marketing campaigns, and optimizing online advertising initiatives.

    -Collateral development: assisting in the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and sales materials.

    What would you bring?

    • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
    • Expertise in supporting and executing campaigns and sales support activities
    • Proficiency in coordinating and managing social media accounts, including content creation for blogs and newsletters
    • Experience collaborating on the development of sales materials and coordinating with graphic designers and sales ops
    • Proven ability in managing customer and trade events in conjunction with the sales team
    • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with photo and video editing software, and email marketing tools
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Interest in learning best practices in crafting value messaging or leveraging UX for conversion optimization (ideal candidate)
    • Strong graphic design skills and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience in the dermatology industry is a nice to have
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

    Job Type: Full-time
