    Role Summary Responsible for all aspects of managing and developing strategic relationships withCommercial & Professional Foodservice Distributor partners.

    Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities Achieve annual sales and profit goalsManage Distributor relationships at senior levels and develop/execute new business opportunitiesRegularly engage with Distributor Sales Reps and monitor overall performance to ensure C&D remains supplier of choiceUtilize end user insights to generate opportunities and close new businessMaintain an active pipeline to meet sales targetsIdentify market needs and proposes new productsConduct contract negotiations with customersDevelop and provide in person and virtual customer training sessionsCreate and track all customer promotionsMaintain the C&P customer database through timely and accurate updatesAttend trade shows as neededTravel up to 60%Education and Experience BS in Marketing or related field from an accredited academic institution.

    7+ years of sales experience in the Foodservice and/or B2B Industry Must possess strong knowledge of distribution/re-distribution modelSkills and CompetenciesStrong sales skills in value-added selling and branded productsAbility to balance sales and profitabilityExperience working with a standard Customer Relationship Management programExcellent selling skills in one-on-one, as well, as group settingsComputer literate and working knowledge of MS Office.
