    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker for a full-time position in Philadelphia, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school district and make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
    • Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student success and well-being.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to identify and address students' needs.
    • Conduct assessments and create individualized plans for students requiring additional support.
    • Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and community resources to provide comprehensive support to students.

    Requirements:

    • Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
    • Current state licensure as a School Social Worker.
    • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented educational environment.
