    Role Highlights

    As a Merchandise Product Coordinator, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to facilitate the development and production of merchandise. With a deep understanding of trends, they identify emerging market demands for promotional and retail sectors. Their attention to detail and innovative approach contribute to strategic planning, ensuring the company remains competitive in a dynamic market.

    Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties by be assigned.
    • Conduct thorough evaluations of garment specifications, fit, and construction for pre-production and top-of-production samples.
    • Monitor production development activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
    • Assist in fittings and garment size development, including grading.
    • Create and distribute comprehensive tech packs globally, containing CAD illustrations, BOMs, and construction and label details.
    • Engage in technical communication with global factories to maintain design accuracy and integrity.
    • Support the new product development approval process from initial design to delivery.
    • Customize and update Techpaks for existing and new styles as needed.
    • Coordinate the shipment of reference garments, color swatches, and accessories, while maintaining accurate tracking documents.
    • Manage approvals for labels, hangtags, accessories, and trims to facilitate smooth production processes.
    • Update and maintain trim and packaging guidelines for consistency and quality standards.
    • Provide support to Merchandising and QA teams for approvals and style setups.
    • Undertake special projects assigned by the Manager, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
    • Participate in continuing education and training programs for professional development in color rating, fibers, technical aspects, and product design.

    Education and/or Experience

    Associate degree or a minimum of 2+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

    Computer Skills

    Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Word, Excel with knowledge of formulas and pivot tables, Outlook, PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    May be required to have a valid driver's license and meet Vantage Driver Approval requirements.
