- Ensure that processes are developed and continually improved for the maximum efficiency for Purchasing, Job tracking, On time scheduling, Delivery, Installation, Job completion and Warranty services consistent with Markraft's core values and philosophies of professional service.
- Provide Leadership among our field service and operations staff.
- Set and monitor expectations and accountability within the service functions of the Multifamily division.
- Be responsible for setting up assembly sites at every location as needed and working with the production managers to ensure they are running efficiently.
- Travel as necessary between locations.
- Assist with developing new IT Systems.
- Ensure all personnel are properly trained and properly utilize all Information Technology Systems.
- Hire, train, and oversee all operations and administrative personnel.
- Ensure Assembly Operations is working in harmony with scheduling and on time delivery of all assembled products.
- Accurate reporting and recording of data entry involving computerized technology of materials received.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment in the warehouse
- Maintain proper maintenance on shop equipment and fleet vehicles.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Problem solving.

JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of the Multifamily Operations Director is to oversee all aspects of administrative, purchasing, receiving, deliveries, warehouse scheduling and field operations. Ensuring effective results relating to the customer service quality standards set forth by Markraft's Core Values.
