JOB SUMMARY
As a Safety Manager at ProLift Rigging Co., you will be instrumental in upholding and enhancing our safety culture.
This role demands a servant leader who can inspire and influence at all levels, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards and fostering a proactive safety mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage the Company's Safety, Health, and Environmental Programs.
Ensure that all employees work in accordance with the internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices.
Assessment of health and safety practices and procedures for risk assessment and adherence to legal requirements.
Collaborate across departments to reinforce safety practices.
Work cross-functionally with other departments.
Assist with and/or ensure the completion of customer pre-qualifications.
Manage certificate of insurance requests.
Ensure existing incident management processes are followed.
Assist branches with meeting KPI goals.
Develop compliance programs and risk assessments.
Lead safety and environmental training initiatives.
Report accidents and statistics as directed by Company policy and corporate directives.
Conduct accident and personal injury investigations including report generation and root cause analysis. Assist Branch Safety Managers in the performance of Accident Investigations.
Conduct Safety audits in accordance with company policy or as directed.
Participate in Accident Review Boards for all reportable injuries in accordance with company policy.
Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system.
Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access.
