Pediatrician- SSM Health Dean Medical Group Portage & St, Clare Hospital, Baraboo

This full time, .0 fte Pediatrician opportunity is located at our clinic in Portage with pediatric call coverage & 1-2 days per week at St.

Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

We utilize a care team approach to optimize patient care.

In addition to care teams, our team consists of nurses & medical assistants as well as access to a full complement of pediatric specialists.

This team approach is one reason that has led to the department's superior quality ratings in an organization known throughout WI as a high performer in clinical quality.

The Portage Clinic is part of SSM Health, and is a large primary care & multi-specialty clinic.

Clare Hospital, which includes newborn admissions coverage & pediatric telephone call coverage, and requires living within a 30-minute radius of St.

Clare Hospital in Baraboo.

Imaging & lab are offered onsite at the clinic, and pharmacy is offered in the hospital which allows for excellent continuity of care.

Clare Hospital, a 100-bed facility with 24-hour, Level 4 trauma ER coverage, is our closest hospital, and is located in Baraboo, WI, less than 30 minutes from Portage.
