    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Associate to provide high-quality care to our patients.

    Job Summary

    The Clinical Support Associate will facilitate efficient patient flow, prepare patients for visits or admissions, and provide specific services and education as determined by providers. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to quality care and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate patient flow, preparing patients for visits or admissions
    • Provide specific services and education as determined by providers
    • Maintain and update electronic health records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
    • Engage in process and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and operational efficiency

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Successful completion of competency-based orientation program required
    • 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting preferred
    • AAMA Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), AMT Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), NHA Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA), NCCT Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), or NAHP Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) certification required within 120 days
