    • Finding and developing suitable candidates by networking, cold contacting, working with our huge database already in place, and making use of website tools to generate new opportunities.
    • Securing top-tier tech talent for contract and permanent roles with nexus IT group's clients through sourcing, recruiting, vetting, and placement.
    • Monitoring the industry's pulse to spot opportunities, problems, strategies, and trends that can help organizations stay on the cutting edge.
    • Effectively navigating a dynamic environment with a strong feeling of urgency.
    • Participating in daily communication with team members.
