    TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Columbus, OH.


    TTP:
    This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

    CDL A Details

    Schedule:
     Monday - Friday with some Saturdays, 4pm Start time, Average10 hours per day


    Pay:
    CDL A $27 to $28 Per Hour + OT after 40 hours, $1,300 - $1,600 Estimated weekly pay


    Route Type:
    Local home daily, 50 mile radius

    Freight / Load Type:
    Bulk agriculture

    Equipment:
    Day cab hauling container trailer, Automatic transmissions. Forward & Driver facing cameras.


    Handling:
    No touch


    CDL A Minimum Requirements:

    License:
     CDL A


    Experience:
     2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

    Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

    Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements


    CDL A Responsibilities:
    Safely operate CDL A on local routes

    Transport containers in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

    Perform required handling tasks

    Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

    Maintain accurate logs and paperwork if required

    Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

    Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
