    How you'll make an impact:

    Provide support in the following Domestic Tax processes:

    Tax Accounting, quarterly and annual, utilizing software applications:
    Prepare ASC 740 tax provision calculations for domestic subsidiaries, including incorporation into tax accounting software
    Prepare uncertain tax positions calculations and tax account reconciliations
    Propose journal entries for taxes as needed
    Assist in process of quarterly and annual information gathering
    Ensure tax-relevant data is imported and maintained properly in the tax accounting software

    Tax Return Compliance, utilizing compliance software:
    Prepare and/or review Form 1120 and all supporting forms including importation of financial data, calculation of permanent and timing adjustments, credits, elections, and supporting statements
    Prepare and/or review state and local income tax returns, including apportionment workpapers
    Review federal and state estimated tax and extension payments


    Tax Authority Examinations:
    Support federal examinations and manage state examinations, as needed


    Tax Planning:
    Assist with FP&A for effective tax rate forecast models and cash tax forecasts
    Support other modeling and tax research on special tax projects as required


    Training:
    Assist in preparing and providing training in tax return compliance and tax provision reporting to other finance colleagues

    Other tax administrative duties as assigned


    What you'll need (Required):
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
    A minimum of eight years relevant experience (OR six years with a Master's)
    US tax compliance experience required (Form 1120 and all supporting forms)
    Tax software experience (Corptax, Longview, OneSource)
    Experience in Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel (Xlookup, Index/Match, Indirect, and Macros)

    What else we look for (Preferred):
    Big 4/ Tier 2 Public Accounting or regional accounting firm experience
    CPA, MBA or MST
    Strong income tax accounting background
    International company experience
    Ability to work with and analyze large volumes of data, including experience with data analytic and RPA tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power Automate)
    Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL


    Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

    For California, the base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $142,000 (highly experienced).
