Attention Foodies Do you love experimenting with flavors and creating new recipes? Do you appreciate high-quality teas, gourmet spice blends, and artisanal salts and sugars? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want you to join our team at The Spice & Tea Exchange

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Flavor Experts to work at both our Gatlinburg and new Pigeon Forge locations.

As a member of our team, you will be immersed in a fun, creative, and supportive environment that is all about food.

With opportunities for advancement and bonuses, this is a great long-term career option for those who are passionate about the culinary world

Responsibilities of a Retail Flavor Expert include providing stellar customer service to guests, maintaining inventory levels and pricing products, blending and packaging items, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge.

You will also have the opportunity to utilize your math skills by measuring ingredients and following recipes

If you have a proven track record of excellent customer service and strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

In addition to a parking pass upon hire and monthly bonuses, you will have the chance to work in a unique and dynamic retail environment.
