Location: 1820 South 5200 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84104Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range:
$26 - $30 per hour

Lead & Mentor:
Coach, train, and provide daily direction to a team of warehouse associates. You'll monitor team production, ensure tasks are completed correctly, and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
Drive Operations:
Actively participate in and coordinate all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, stocking, and accurately picking and checking customer orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Champion Safety & Quality:
Uphold all safety standards, promote a "safety-first" culture, and ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant.
Solve Problems:
Act as the team's first point of contact for questions, troubleshoot order or system issues, and report on team performance to the Warehouse Supervisor.
What We're Looking ForMinimum of 4 years of verifiable leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
Experience with vendor relations and customer facing environment
Computer proficiency, with experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills—you can give clear direction and motivate a team.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
A Bachelor's degree preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. during your shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
