    We are seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO).

    This is a 100% remote position.

    Job Duties:

  • Supports Intelligence Community-led multi-INT collection working groups.
  • Tracks multi-INT requirements and collaborates with Army Enterprise elements and external elements as required.
  • Provides recommendations for multi-INT collection doctrine, polices, processes and procedures as appropriate and requested.
  • Assists with the creation of products for presentation to senior Government officials, including editing and coordinating draft documents and presentations as required.

  • Government's awareness, preparedness, and decision-making capabilities through USARPAC in accordance with Army, DoD, and Intelligence Community policies and regulations.
  • Manages and integrates multi-INT collection and analysis activities per contract requirements.
  • Enables the collaboration and synchronization of processing, exploiting and disseminating (PED) analysis and data processing by leveraging knowledge and experience in policy, program planning, collection capabilities, analytics, and information technology (IT) modernization.
  • Alleviates obstacles that could preclude the USARPAC and its strategic partners that encumber intelligence systems operations, training and sustaining.
  • Gathers feedback from intelligence consumers to determine if the requirements are being satisfied; revises intelligence requirements based on feedback received to identify issues, minimize information gaps, and mitigate capability shortfalls.
  • Develops intelligence Measures of Performance (MOPs) and intelligence Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) in coordination with government intelligence leaders.
  • Enables and employs advanced automation-enabled analytic tools, including AI-ML enabled systems. Supports implementation of automated analytic workflows by developing tradecraft techniques, evaluating data sources and fidelity, and ensuring data integrity/traceability. Provides recommendations for workflow improvements as applicable.
  • Supports object-based production activities, integrating structured and unstructured data into Army intelligence programs of record through government-approved processes.
  • Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree and eighteen (18) years experience; Masters degree and sixteen (16) years of experience. 4 years additional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Required Security Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required) with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.

    Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
