    About This Role

    Join HDR's growing Power Delivery team as an System Protection and Studies (SPS) Team Lead in Minnesota/Wisconsin. You will lead a local SPS team, overseeing project execution and ensuring world-class services are delivered to clients globally.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and grow an SPS team in Minnesota/Wisconsin, focusing on operational management, direct supervision, and workload optimization.
    • Provide technical leadership and project oversight to ensure staffed projects meet operating goals, both internally and externally.
    • Leverage relationships with technical peers to facilitate worksharing opportunities and drive business growth.
    • Manage workload and utilization forecasting, aligning with Area operating goals.

    Requirements

    • FE or PE license preferred.
    • 7+ years of related experience, including 2+ years of project management.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
