Description:
Looking for a seasoned OCM consultant to work supporting an Ecommerce Store Front Transformation.

This consultant will play a hand's on part in planning and executing the Organization's Change Management behind the Ecommerce Transformation, with likely involvement in the overall execution to follow.

Well qualified candidates will have the following experience:

• 8+ years of experience in change management related to enterprise transformation efforts
• Extensive experience with Ecommerce store integration
• Exemplary experience in creating and executing Change Management Strategies / Plans
• Prosci / ADKAR Model/ CCMP Certification is a plus
• People and process change emphasis

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience related to successful delivery of work in the disciplines related to enterprise transformation, specifically organizational change management. Work should include areas such as:
• eCommerce/ Hybris experience preferred
• Operating Model Design
• Customer Journey Management
• Change Strategy
• Neuroscience/Behavior Change
• Change Adoption
• Analytics-driven Change
• Organizational Change Capability Building
• Exemplary experience in creating and executing Change Management Strategies / Plans
• Prosci / ADKAR Model/ CCMP Certification is a plus
