    A Day in the Life of the Quality Assurance Clerk


    In this position you will play a key role supporting our residential team by ensuring record keeping and documentation are up to date. You will serve as a liaison between our QA Coordinators and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to facilitate the proper submittal of required documents and provide appropriate feedback when necessary. You will also coordinate with residential house managers for timely submittal of records. This position is critical to the effectiveness of the residential team as it manages the flow of data between STAR and state agencies to ensure compliance with daily operations within our residential facilities.

    Qualifications For The Job

    • High School Diploma or its equivalent.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

    Schedule


    Full Time Monday‑Friday.
