    Job Overview


    The role of Global Payroll Staff Accountant is a key position within the organization's finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and efficient processing of specific international payrolls for the Asia and EMEA regions.




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and efficient processing of specific international payrolls for the Asia and EMEA regions.

    • Liaise effectively between the payroll function and other contributing or stakeholder partners to global payroll (primarily HCM, Global Benefits, Global Employment Tax and Corporate Accounting).

    • Assist in the new global payroll system implementation project. Assist with analysis and rollout of efficiencies in structure and time for current and future payroll functions.

    • Coordinate workload with Asia, EMEA and US Payroll Coordinators to respond timely and appropriately to employee, partner or stakeholder inquiries.

      • The role requires strong professional skills including excellent Microsoft Office Skills (including Outlook Excel Word) Strong organizational skills attention to detail ability work independently good follow-through communication skills flexibility juggle moderate degree multiple changing priorities resourcefulness executing projects positive attitude adapt well fast-paced continuously changing environment maintain attention detail.
