Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer to assist in our Real Estate Department. The ideal candidate should be energetic, have a positive attitude and outlook, be reliable, organized,and interested in growing with our firm.
Responsibilities
- Conduct residential and commercial closings under the guidance of the managing attorney.- Review and analyze the title search commitment and other pertinent documents involved in the transaction to ensure the accuracy of documents and to produce a clear title at closing.
- Work closely with the managing attorney/underwriter if any issues arise during the transaction.
