- Performs and document assessments and data collection in an ongoing, timely, accurate, concise and systematic manner.
- Physician shall render professional services in the office designated and provided by the hospital in accordance with the Physician Employment Agreement.

- Renders all services promptly and diligently in accordance with the professional and ethical standards of the medical community in which the physician practices.

- Maintains Oregon licensure.
- Fulfills requirements of hospital medical staff credentialing process.
