    Job title : Data Analyst (ONLY FOR US CITIZENS AND GREEN CARD HOLDERS).

    Duration : 03 months

    Hybrid (after training)

    Location: Providence RI

    Schedule: Mon – Fri

    08:00 - 16:30

    Pay rate : $40/hr

    ONLY FOR US CITIZENS AND GREEN CARD HOLDERS ON W2.

    • Person in role needs to be comfortable being independent and proactive.
    • But allows for good work to be very noticed
    • Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst prepares, analyzes and distributes a variety of management information reports and documents, including annual compliance reporting for HR and benefits such as EEO1, ACA and nondiscrimination testing.
    • Audits and corrects employee information and records as appropriate between HR and other internal departments (Payroll, IS) and vendors, such as the benefits administration platform and other systems.
    • Creates HR dashboards to share with leadership.
    • Troubleshoots errors with incoming and outgoing data files between HRIS System and external systems. Requirements:
    • Bachelors' degree with at least three to five years' experience in Information Technology or Human Resources analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
    • Strong presentation, organization and communication skills.
    • Must demonstrate customer focused approach.
    • Experience in HR measurement, metrics, analytics, and knowledge of performance improvement methods and application of performance improvement tools.
    • Must be proficient in Excel.

    Mandate Requirement

    1. Excel skills - Create pivot tables* , Work and formulas in Excel that applicant should know , Advanced skills in excel* , Vlookup formula* , Concatenate* , If statements , Convert data from a number to text , Change an excel file to a .CSV file.
    2. Pull reports out of an HRIS system and other systems* - Converting a pulled report into a report which was requested.
    3. Government and State reporting like... - EEO reporting , VETS reporting , Non-discrimination
    4. Data maintenance and integrity of the data within the HRIS system*
    5. Create specification files which is data pulled from one system, put into excel and put into a format according to a specification sheet to be uploaded into another system - Change dates to text , Change formatting to different types of formats using excel
    6. Tableau experience - Create Dashboards , Upload data
    7. Data uploads using .csv or excel files
    8. Calculate turnover and retention Tableau experience preferred. Must have critical thinking skills and be fluent in the English language.
