    Role Description

    This is a part-time role (with potential to be Full-time) as an Event Planner Assistant at Relevé Unlimited. The Event Planner Assistant will work in our Napa office and have the flexibility to work remotely as needed. Responsibilities include assisting with event logistics, vendor management, and contributing to the overall execution of events on a daily basis.

    The "Must-Haves"

    • This position is in Napa, California. Some work may be home-based occasionally, but you must live in the Napa area.
    • Current knowledge of the Napa - Sonoma area.
    • Strong time management skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of business ethics.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays and to travel to venue locations as needed.
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

    Other skills that would be nice to have:


    • Proficient in Dropbox, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.


    • Previous experience in event planning or hospitality
