    Scion Nonprofit has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Contract Administrator for our client, a wonderful Nonprofit organization that serves the Marin County Latino immigrant community in San Rafael, CA In this role, you'll utilize your project management skills, budget oversight expertise and strong communications skills to work in a cross functional environment, ensuring that all funding contract requirements and maximizing financial utilization to meet the community's needs This is a full time, direct hire, hybrid (2x a week onsite) role.

    Salary range is $78-87k, depending on experience


    What you will be doing:
    Work across departments leading the contract management and compliance process
    Oversee contract financial activities (budget proposals, modifications, reports, invoicing, reporting)
    Communicate effectively cross team about potential contract funding possibilities and opportunities.
    Coordinate and provide guidance on donor regulations, grant and contract requirements, award and reporting requirements; to ensure deliverables and funding meet organizational capacity, budget needs, and priorities

    Liaise with funders on any matters related to contract/grant administration and compliance; advise on adjustments and respond to funder inquiries.

    Coordinate documentation for funding applications and compliances such as finance statements, references, insurance, and required reporting
    Periodic auditing on execution status to ensure that tasks, budgets, and timelines are being met
    Utilize project management software and Salesforce CRM to track project progress, ensure that deliverables are up to date and tracked
    Work with Finance team to prepare regular reporting regarding status of deliverables, AR/AP, renewal timelines, and grant/contract funding pipeline


    What you will need:
    Bilingual (reading/writing/speaking) in Spanish is preferred
    Bachelor's degree in a related field (accounting, business administration, etc)
    3+ years of experience in non-profit contract management
    Demonstrated experience leading contract lifecycle and financial analysis including knowledge of grant/gov't procurement regulations and accounting principles
    Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and project management software is preferred
