    We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.

    This role requires excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of construction processes, and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

    Collaborate with project team to devise proposal strategy.
    Analyze project request for proposal documents and initial plans to conduct thorough quantity surveys.
    Acquire precise estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
    Conduct conceptual estimates based on initial project parameters.
    Compile comprehensive project cost breakdowns encompassing materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead expenses.
    Ensure awareness of project timelines and relevant deadlines.
    Keep updated on products, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory requirements.
    Travel to project sites to assess field conditions and liaise with local trade contractors.
    Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management
    10+ years of experience in bidding commercial and industrial construction projects
