    This role primarily focuses on overseeing the day-to-day and weekly execution of all aspects of the inbound and outbound operations to support the DC.

    In this role the expectation is that strong leadership qualities are demonstrated and the highest level of continuous improvement is implemented.

    The Operations Manager must be detail and process-oriented, have a bias for action, and can simultaneously facilitate multiple priorities and processes at the Mid-States DC.

    The ideal candidate maintains a high standard of professionalism, is technically proficient, mentors others, leads by example in all facets of the role, is an effective communicator, demonstrates strong computer and analytical abilities, and possesses the aptitude to learn new systems and processes quickly.


    POSITION OVERVIEW :
    Performs the necessary tasks to ensure inventory is received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately. Must be detail-oriented, accurate and able to follow directions.

    The position requires the ability to work well within a team and exercise good judgment in all aspects of the work.

    This is a physical, hands on role that drives warehouse equipment about 25% or the time.


    COMPENSATION:
    Full-Time: 2nd Shift: Make $42,000 or more the first year

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
