    The primary role of the HR Manager is to act as a HR Business Partner for the OIS organization, including but not limited to Touchstone and AHI legacy companies. The role will partner as a consultant on all HR related matters and requires a proactive communicator who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Establish intimate understanding of the business, build and expand relationships with leaders, and create close partnerships across the OIS organization in order to provide HR solutions that support business objectives.
    • Provide comprehensive day-to-day HR support and coaching including workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, leave management and HR policy guidance.
    • Provide input into the development and updating of company policies, as needed. Ensure compliance with all policies and federal/state government labor and safety guidelines and laws. Remain current on all industry related regulations and human resources best practices.
    • Deliver training and coaching for leaders related to effective ways to foster career development, inspire and develop employee motivation and engagement, employee relations, communication, performance expectations, applicable labor laws, as well as how to discuss employee performance and to recognize exemplary service.
    • Participate in cross-functional project teams that are responsible for planning and executing OIS HR initiatives as needed.
    • Partner with VP of Culture to support employee engagement survey process, action planning and ongoing engagement activities that drive top talent retention.
    • Partner with senior HR leader on Talent Management programs across OIS.
    • Manage proper record-keeping processes ensuring administrative compliance.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education/Licensing/Certification:

    • Bachelors or equivalent experience degree required
    • SHRM certification a plus (PHR, SPHR)

    Experience (years and type):

    • 5-8 years professional level experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years working with leaders as a hands-on HR Business Partner
    • Experience in the Healthcare industry preferred
    • Experience in M&A integrations highly valuable

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong, hands-on knowledge of key functional HR areas including employee relations, leave management, policy development and interpretation, performance management and engagement practices.
    • General knowledge of other functional HR areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, onboarding, training and development, etc.
    • Must be extremely organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
    • Successful candidates will possess superior consultative, influencing and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
    • Ability to multi-task, work on multiple priorities, work independently and as a team in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
    • Working knowledge of HCM systems, processes and reporting (experience with Dayforce and Workday preferred)
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
    • Current, in-depth knowledge of federal and state legal requirements related to human resources
