As a ProActive Sales Representative, you have a dedicated team of over 50 agents setting appointments and helping you know as much as possible about your clients.

Precoa's field management provides you with a clear performance field guide, organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching to succeed in a unique and growing industry.

You can focus on what you do best - connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones.

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you

Applicable State Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or
1-2 years of in-person sales experience, preferably in a senior market
Strong relationship development and communication skills
Ability to sell effectively over the phone and in-person
Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
