Job summary

The Academic Program Specialist will provide centralized course and semester level operational support for Specialized Master's Programs (SMPs) in CBTS.

This role focuses on faculty-level coordination and semester execution to ensure courses, academic events, and instructional infrastructure are prepared and delivered consistently as enrollment scales.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate course setup for face-to-face
    & online Medical Science programs,
     including Canvas setup, syllabus drafting, exams,
     and instructional timelines.
  • Serve as primary academic point of contact
     for course directors & instructors regarding
     course setup & semester timelines.
