    Job DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Statesville, NCPay Range: $15 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Company Overview: TRN is a leading staffing agency dedicated to connecting talented individuals with top companies in Statesville, NC, and surrounding areas. We are currently partnering with a respected manufacturing company in Troutman to assist them in finding the ideal candidate for their Maintenance Technician position.Position Overview: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our partner company's manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a proven track record in manufacturing maintenance.Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and machinery, including troubleshooting and repairs.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
    • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
    • Collaborate closely with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruption to operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
    • Utilize strong time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrate attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues, ensuring equipment reliability and performance.
    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with a technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working with a variety of tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
