Our client, a prestigious private investment firm located in Boston MA is seeking to add new talent to their team. As a Loan Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of loan operations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher

1-5 years relevant experience with focus on Public Accounting firm, Investment Consulting firm Commercial Bank or Private Debt Fund.

The ideal candidate should possess most if not all the following skills;

Excellent analytical thinking ability coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to learn new software (iLevel)

Exceptional Organization Skills, Including the ability to multi-task efficiently with consistent regard for accuracy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conducting research and analysis that informs business decisions regarding loans across multiple portfolios

Monitoring daily cash movements between borrowers accounts as well as tracking borrowing bases
