Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for infants
- Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and nap schedules
- Engage infants in age-appropriate sensory, motor, and social-emotional activities
- Communicate daily with families about their child's development and needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant classroom space
- Collaborate with co-teachers to ensure consistency and quality care
Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants in a childcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
We are seeking a warm, patient, and attentive Infant Teacher to provide a loving and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. This role involves caring for infants' basic needs while fostering their early development through sensory activities, social interactions, and responsive caregiving. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education, understands the importance of routine and attachment, and works well in a team-oriented setting.
