    Qualifications:
    Excellent customer service skills, oral and written communication, organizational, problem-solving and basic math skills required. Must have basic computer and keyboard skills. Requires a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail. Ability to perform well under pressure and set priorities for multiple work tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality essential. Some travel may be required. High school diploma or equivalent.

    Responsibilities:


    Each morning sort a print out of claims and repricing sheets that will need to be alphabetized, matched and reviewed for quality control.

    They will then need to be sorted and prepared for mailing. At around 9:30am mail is delivered. All mail will need to be sorted and any scanning will need to be done. The claims mail will need to be sorted, and scanned. Throughout the day, more print outs of claims and repricing sheets will be delivered to be processed. All office mail will need to be sorted, postage added, and put out for pickup each day.
