Overview

The ER Specialist provides project coordination and support the Employee Relations team and the organization.

This position will execute and monitor initiatives, enable and support exceptional change management, and communicate effectively to drive operational enhancements, and strategic improvements.

Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, this position requires a blend of strong consultative and critical thinking skills with keen knowledge of project management best practices.

Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates visible momentum. The ER Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and administration of the processes for Employee Relations. Must be adept at managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
