- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and large structure components.
- Inspect and correct stainless steel and cold rolled products to meet quality standards.
- Interpret CAD drawings and perform own set-up for welding tasks.
- Ensure all welds meet cosmetic standards and specifications.
- Conduct welding according to given specifications, maintaining attention to detail.
- Operate under minimal supervision, following written and verbal instructions.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or material defects to supervisors.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience, with proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
- Ability to weld stainless steel with high precision, particularly focusing on cosmetic welds.
- Experience with welding large structures and cold rolled products.
- Competency in reading CAD drawings and performing own set-up.
