- Register, schedule, and confirm appointments
- Greet patients and assist with insurance issues
- Collect charges from self-pay patients upon completion of a visit
- Complete necessary authorizations, referrals & prescriptions when needed
- Assist in refiling all charts and lab results daily
- Close out old patient files according to policies and procedures
- Attend training and administrative meetings
- Available to work Sundays and evenings
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Experience working at a Pediatric front desk preferred
- Professional Attire at all times.
