    Job Description:

    Come join our team as a professional school bus driver. As a part of Student Transportation of America, you will have the support of a dedicated local management team and the training needed to perform your job safely and with care.

    • Responsibilities include safe delivery of students to and from school along set routes, adherence to school bus safety and bus stop safety standards, and daily vehicle inspections.

    Salary and Benefits:

    The estimated annual salary for this position is between $42,288.00 and $50,382.00, based on 20-25 hours per week. Additional benefits include paid sick days and snow days, flexible work schedule, and referral bonuses.

    • Driver starting salary: $20.14 to $24.25/hour, based on experience and license

    Requirements:

    We are looking for candidates who have had a valid drivers' license for at least one year, possess good verbal communication skills, and are able to work with people in a positive manner. A background check, drug screen, and physical will also be required.

    • Must have a valid driver's license and have at least 1-year experience driving (class A, B, C, D, E)
