    *$500 Sign-On Bonus for qualifying candidates Hiring for all shifts*The services provided by Home Companions are as unique as our employees. Just like no two staff are alike, no two clients are alike. Interested applicants should be dedicated and reliable, and have experience with routine household tasks, personal care, and/or be able to provide companionship. BLS through American Heart Association is required.


    Our STNAs provide hands-on/direct client care as detailed in the individualized plan of care, written by and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

    STNAs are multitaskers, assisting with activities of daily living including personal care, showering, dressing, ambulation/transferring, and toileting.

    The STNA may also assist with other tasks in the home, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and client transportation.

    The STNA is responsible for following the individualized plan of care, following agency policy & procedure, and communicating changes in client's condition.

    *Education:
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Registered STNA license
    *Certifications:

    • CPR First Aid required (training provided upon hire)
    • Must have valid Ohio Driver's license.
    • Must have proof of automobile insurance.
