Job summary
DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Bussers to support servers and bartenders and keep our restaurants running smoothly by cleaning and resetting tables; taking dishware and utensils to the kitchen to be washed; and making sure guests' water glasses are full.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
- Maintain table settings by removing finished courses in a timely manner; Bring all soiled dishware and utensils to the dishwasher promptly
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave; Wipe down tables and/or replace linens;
- Keeptables clean throughout service. Ensure that trash cans are emptied as needed.
