    The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees. Job DescriptionSystematic problem solving and optimization of all automation tasks, development and collaboration on smart automation projects in assembly.

    All tasks of the function must always be interpreted in the context of cooperation with superiors, production departments and the respective responsible departments in the company.

    Analyzing the main causes of process rejects, machine downtimes and product defectsDerivation of specific measures and projects for the causes of process rejects, machine downtimes and product defectsMeasures to achieve and stabilize the target KPIs (OEE, CNQ) Independent implementation of specific measures and projects to optimize the processes used in ongoing production.
