    Devere Construction, located in central Kentucky, is currently hiring a Commercial Construction Site Superintendent for an immediate, full-time position for on-site monitoring of commercial construction projects.

    We are located in Berea, KY 40403.

    Requirements for this position are:

    • Commercial construction: 3 years (Required)
    • Management: 3 years (Required) -Construction Management / Technology degree and/or 3 or more years of experience in the supervision of commercial construction projects
    • Knowledge of construction processes
    • Self-motivated and work-oriented
    • Must have knowledge of and willingness to use technology and various computer software

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Ensuring projects are constructed in accordance with plans and specifications
    • Keeping projects on the critical path to on-time completion while maintaining high safety standards, including all OSHA requirements
    • Communicating effectively with subcontractors, employees, architects, engineers, and owners
    • Maintaining daily logs
    • Providing and receiving information in a timely manner with all team members

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekend availability

    Work Location: In person
