- Partner with Director, Labor Relations on the planning, execution and day-to-day administration of labor relations programs and practices.
- Builds and maintains ongoing, long-term relationships between negotiating parties.
- Analyze labor cost and employ labor costing model in negotiation process.
- Works with operations, payroll, leave, workers compensation, safety, and human resources functions to ensure the terms of the collective bargaining agreement are properly adhered to and executed.
- Support union compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Strong labor relations experience
- Onsite position
- 50% travel
- $125k-$175k
