Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk professional to provide
Epic EMR Tier 1 and MyChart Tier 1 support. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a help desk/call center environment and be proficient in using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

  • Experience providing both Epic EMR Tier 1 and MyChart Tier 1 support
  • Experience working in a help desk/call center environment providing inbound and outbound call support (preferably technical support in nature)
