    We are seeking a seasoned Permanent PE Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of transportation construction projects from design to completion.

    This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in transportation construction, CDOT, and FHWA, and is passionate about leading teams, managing projects, and ensuring the highest level of safety and quality in all our operations.

    The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all stages of transportation construction projects from design to completion.
    • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CDOT and FHWA.
    • Lead and manage teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and high performance.
    • Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and schedules.
    • Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
    • Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the project timeline or budget.
    • Ensure the highest level of safety and quality in all operations.
    • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
    • PE (Professional Engineer) license is required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation construction, with a focus on managing large-scale projects.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with CDOT and FHWA regulations and standards.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and delays effectively and efficiently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong budget management skills, with the ability to manage project costs effectively.
    • High level of commitment to safety and quality.
