- Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, evaluating/treating periodontal disease, placing sealants, and providing options on preventative solutions for caries prevention and management.
- Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth
- Perform oral cancer screenings.
- Ability to co-treatment plan with DDS utilizing available technology.
- Providing dental health education about tooth and gum care
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Registered Dental Hygienist License
- Anesthesia Certification
- CPR
- 1 year of experience is preferred but will consider a new graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with computer technology.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
