Job Description

" Should have knowledge of finance domain preferable retirement.

" Should be knowledgeable enough to understand technical language and connect with both business and technical team.

" Should also be able to run basic queries to understand data and research.

" Engage and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive awareness, set vision, and help define strategy for target state.

" Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes.

" Well versed in Program Management including management of delivery, financials, reporting, escalations and enterprise data incident management.

" Demonstrates commitment to excellence by anticipating needs, mitigating risks and minimizing potential problems.

" Collaborative, team player with the ability to connect across groups.

" Critical thinking/analytical skills.

" Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations.

" Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively.
