A Supply Management Planner is needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the Dubuque, IA area.

The Supply Management Planner communicates with suppliers, schedules material requirements, manages logistics processes, and drives continuous improvement in supplier performance.

• Schedule and expedite the delivery of purchased materials to support production plans.
• Process suppliers' non-conformances and expedite corrective actions.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve performance.
• Execute inventory plans using systems parameters and material replenishment strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance using Achieving Excellence process.
• Execute logistics requirements for suppliers, including containers and packaging methods.
• Resolve shipping and receiving problems to ensure prompt and accurate payments.

• Experience with SAP and Excel.
• strong communication skills to interact with people from different job functions via email and phone.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Experience with materials planning or buying.
